Dr. Vibhuti Jasrotia,PhD is an Educator, Entrepreneur, and Founder of NavaSetu^TM Initiatives, a career guidance and education advisory platform dedicated to helping individuals make informed decisions about their future.

Holding a PhD in Management and an MBA in Marketing and Finance, Dr. Vibhuti brings together academic rigour, practical insight, and a deep commitment to human potential. However, her perspective extends far beyond her qualifications.

As a military spouse, she understands firsthand the challenges of navigating frequent transitions, adapting to new environments, and rebuilding professional aspirations around changing circumstances. She recognises that many career journeys are shaped not by ambition alone, but also by lifes realities, thereby making resilience, adaptability, and informed decision-making essential ingredients for success.

As the mother of two, a teenager and an early explorer, she has a front-row view of the evolving education landscape and the questions that occupy the minds of students and parents alike. This lived experience allows her to connect with families at a personal level, understanding both the aspirations of young learners and the concerns of those guiding them.
